Police in Banbridge are appealing for information following th burglary of a vacant property in Ballynaris Hill, Dromore. It was reported on Thursday the 10th of October that the property had been broken into and the officers attended found a boiler and copper piping had been taken.
Police are appealing to anyone with information on the burglary to contact them on 0845 600 8000 or if you would prefer to provide the information without giving your name, you can contact the Independant Crimestoppers charity on 0800 555 111.
Police would also like to remind home owners to take steps to protect their property,
Properties that are vacant or are under refurbishment can be susceptible to passing criminals so it is important that
owners/landlords make regular checks of their properties.Landlords/owners should also report details of any vacant property
to the police for passing attention.
