Special guests attend as new library holds open day

Bronte Library Rathfriland welcomed visitors along to an Open Afternoon on Tuesday 11 June. Local public representatives, dignitaries, invited guests and members of the public called in to see and admire the recently refurbished library. At a total cost of �110,000 the refurbishment work has improved the accessibility and layout of the library and this investment has provided the local community with a bright, comfortable and modern library. Chief Executive of Libraries NI, Irene Knox (right) also attended the Open Afternoon and welcomed callers to the library, who were shown the wide range of free services and facilities available.
