Sophie Long of the PUP has been eliminated from the Upper Bann count in the NI Assembly elections tonight.
With just 769 total vote Ms Long failed to reach the quota.
Despite intimations that the Upper Bann count would close for the night, votes are being recounted in Banbridge Leisure Centre.
Speculation had been that CISTA candidate Martin Kelly would be eliminated tonight also, however it appears there are queries and another recount of some votes.
Transfers are becoming increasingly important in this very tight and complex constituency.
Earlier the DUP’s Carla Lockhart and Sydney Anderson were elected.
