Old Time Dancing and fundraising at Benraw

BENRAW Orange Hall is the place to be on Friday September 14 for another old time dance beginning at 8pm to 11.30am.

Once again Housty will be providing the music and a large crowd is expected to attend this popular venue. Admission is £5 which includes a lovely supper.

An upwards on a dozen prizes will be up for grabs in the raffle and as the dance patrons arrive they will receive a ticket for a free door prize. Donated by a member of the lodge.

So come early for a good nights dancing at this local venue. You will be made welcome.

Benraw LOL 334 have once again given to local charities and at last weeks lodge meeting £200 which was the collection at the Orange Service was presented to Heartbeat NI.

The WM Bro Geoffrey Stevenson handed over the cheque to Irwin McKibbin Chairman of Heartbeat NI who thanked the lodge for their kind donation.

Secretary of the lodge Billy Maxwell told the meeting that Benraw Lodge have donated money to local charities for the past 30 years. A result of collection at the Harvest and Orange Service. A lovely supper was provided by Hilda Stevenson and Cheryl Spiers.
