Parents are reminded that primary school-age children are welcome to come from 10am-3om, Monday to Friday and post primary from 7-9pm each evening.

Connect are seeking to work within the community in Loughbrickland to connect the community with the local Church, the Bible and each other. This year there will be an Olympic-themed look at Mark’s Gospel and Scripture Union leaders have great plans to play games, sing songs, learn about God and have a great time!

Scripture Union Northern Ireland are also well known for their work within schools and the camps and CSSMs which take place throughout the summer holidays.

The team of volunteers will also attend local church services on Sunday August 5 and parents, neighbours, friends and family are warmly invited to join Loughbrickland Connect for a BBQ and parents night on Friday August 10. For more information see www.suni.co.uk or call Johnny Stewart on 07746901005.

Local church leaders are fully supportive of the work of Scripture Union and parents are assured that every leader has had all of the appropriate background checks, child protection training and First Aiders will also be on site at all times.

The full weeks programme of activities are free of charge and parents are reminded to arrive slightly early on the Monday morning to allow time for registration.
