Orange Hall to host Christian Trade Show

THE Loughbrickland Black Evangelical Fellowship will be hosting their first Christian Trade Show in Banbridge Orange Hall next Saturday March 9.

The event, which will be open from 10am to 3pm, will showcase the work of a wide variety of Christian groups, bodies and organisations and churches.

A fellowship spokesperson said that they, “have been overwhelmed by the response from groups and individuals, with over 20 tables booked.”

He added that they “could quite easily have filled a venue three times the size”, such was the interest shown.

He went on to say “The tables will feature a wide range of material ranging from Christian literature and tracts, to holidays, crafts and African produce.”

The stands will include Aldor Holidays, who have over 30 years experience as Northern Ireland’s leading operator of escorted holidays with Christian Fellowship;

The Faith Mission Bookshops, who stock a large variety of Christian Books, including theologies, missionary biographies, devotional books, commentaries and bibles; as well as large selections of Christian music, both traditional and contemporary.

Also attending are Eternity Where?, the Church Missionary Society, which is a Christian Mission organisation that exists to help God’s people engage in God’s mission; Band of Brothers, which is composed of former members of ‘blood and thunder’ flute bands;

Reach, Portadown Youth Rallies; Andi Oakes from Lurgan, who is one of the Province’s leading modern gospel singers; Linda Lyndsey, and many more.

The spokeperson said, “Several local churches including Donacloney Elim Church and Banbridge Baptist Church have also booked tables.”

In addition there will be several exhibitions, including the new Take Five Project exhibition, and a handwritten Bible project.

The event will also feature a coffee morning with a variety of traybakes, tea and coffee with all proceeds in aid of a local woman who will shortly be travelling to Africa with the Church Missionary Society.

There will certainly be a lot happening on the day and admission to the event is free.
