Coronary Group meetings resume

BANBRIDGE Coronary Care Group’s meetings are to start again on Wednesday, January 16, in Banbridge Royal British Legion hall.

All members and newcomers will be made most welcome.

Weights and blood pressure will be collected as well as a talk on healthy weight loss and dieting will be discussed, along with other health matters.

Meetings will be held on the first and third Wednesday of every month.

Make a New Year’s resolution to look after your health.
