Community Forum raising funds for Macmillan

GILFORD Community Forum is supporting the world’s biggest coffee morning by organizing a delicious array of buns, cakes and beverages to help raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support on Friday September 28 in Gilford Community Centre.

Anyone is welcome to pop down anytime between 10 and midday to enjoy a cuppa knowing that they are making a very worthwhile contribution to an indispensible charity.

Donations will go a long way in making a difference to the lives of cancer sufferers and their families.

£25 pays for a Macmillan nurse to support a family affected by cancer for one hour.

£138 pays for three hours of confidential support and information for anyone with questions or concerns about cancer.

£61 pays for four hours for a Macmillan benefits adviser to help someone.

So please support a good cause by indulging your sweet tooth - what could be better!

For more information please contact Sarah McNeill on 07824 886894.
