Wuthering Heights set to be brought to life at Solitude Park

The tranquil setting of Solitude Park, Banbridge will be transformed into the wild and windswept Yorkshire moors as the world renowned Chapterhouse Theatre Company bring their acclaimed adaptation of Emily Bronte’s Wuthering Heights to Banbridge on Friday July 25.

Wuthering Heights tells the treasured tale of enduring love and passion that has thrilled and entranced for generations.

It is now brought alive on stage in a mesmerising adaptation by award winning writer Laura Turner.

Why not make the most of this family friendly event and bring along a picnic to enhance the outdoor theatre experience.

If you fancy a tantalizing treat to pop in your picnic basket there will be strawberries and cream for sale along with a chocolate fountain, popcorn and slush puppies, something tasty for everyone to enjoy.

Banbridge Chamber Orchestra will also be adding to the atmosphere by performing a scintillating selection of songs and music prior to the performance, guaranteed to set the scene for this delightful drama.
