Easter activities to suit all the family

Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council are launching an ‘egg-stra’ special activity programme for all the family during the Easter holiday period.

Organised in conjunction with the Active Communities Programme, Banbridge District Arts Committee and Banbridge District Sports Association, the programme offers the opportunity for people to take part in a wide variety of fun and exciting activities.

Running from Wednesday 30 March to Friday 1 April 2016 this year’s programme serves up a selection of sports courses including angling and multi sports (which may include dance, football, gaelic games, volleyball, and racquet sports).

For creative kinds arts and crafts activities include Easter Sun Catchers & Egg Silhouettes, Pom Pom Chicks and Yarn Bunnies and Birdhouses.

Courses will be held in a number of council facilities including Banbridge Leisure Centre, Dromore Community Centre and the Old Town Hall, Banbridge.

Programme guides are now available from most council facilities.
