A 29-year-old man who admitted driving while disqualified will be sentenced next month at Banbridge Magistrates Court.
Kevin Dale, whose address was given as Grove Hill, Banbridge, pleaded guilty to a total of three charges at last Thursday’s court, sitting in Newry.
They were driving while disqualified on January 30 this year, not having insurance and taking a vehicle without the consent of the owner.
His solicitor said that he had a significant and relevant record.
The Deputy District Judge Liam McStay adjourned sentencing in the case until April 7 so that a pre-sentence report for the defendant could be obtained.
