Kieran Martin Lavery from Dree Hill, Dromara was caught by police on 29 Septemer.
He was banned for a year and fined £300, however the Judge said he was a suitable candidate for the drink drive offender’s course which if successfully completed will see his period off the road reduced to nine months.
