Computer class for beginners makes a return

DROMORE in Action is this year repeating its successful Beginners’ Computer Class, starting on the Monday, 3 September.

The course will run - 7pm – 9pm - for six weeks and is free of charge to participants.

The classes will take place in DIA’s premises at 16b Church Street (upstairs).

They cater to absolute beginners and will assume that the students have had no prior experience with a computer. Laptop Computers will be provided each week, so there is no need to own or bring your own computer to the class.

There are only twelve (12) spaces available in the first course and they will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis; if the first course is oversubscribed DIA will look at adding another.

“Last year’s classes were a great success,” said DIA’s Jackie Brush, “and we have had a number of people asking us to run the course again.”

To apply, contact Dromore in Action on 028 9252 8599 and leave a message, or email info@dromoreinaction.org and someone will contact you.
