This year Rathfriland sees the return of a week of Soccer Coaching by Rathfriland Baptist Church in partnership with Coaching 4 Christ from June 1 - 4.

This will be the third year for this event with good interest and success in
previous years.

Last year the event
enjoyed a week of good weather and had just
over 90 children from the surrounding area attending. Monday to Thursday evenings take the form of coaching drills and small matches with a popular World Cup event on the Thursday evening.

Each evening the kids get some well deserved refreshments and one of coaches brings a short Bible story. The week finishes off on the Friday night with the parents joining the kids for a BBQ and Prize Night at Rathfriland
Baptist Church.

All boys and girls are welcome aged 7-11 with no previous football
experience required.

It will be held at Iveagh Park, Rathfriland (kindly granted by Rathfriland Football Club) and runs from Monday June 1 to Thursday June 4 from
6.30pm to 8.30pm.

Admission is free for the entire week. To take part in this year’s event registration forms can be found on the church website www.rathfrilandbaptist.com or by contacting stephen@rathfrilandbaptist.com.
