Clubworld Travel launches new website

NORTHERN Ireland’s largest independent travel agent has launched it’s new website – www.clubworldtravel.com – showcasing over 4,100 cruises, villas, beach resorts, hotels, city breaks, honeymoon ideas, safaris and everything else in between.

Over the last ten years the internet has brought huge changes to travel agents like ClubWorld. Online booking has, on the face of it, at least revolutionised the way people book their holiday, however it’s also come at a price. As more and more people put their trust in faceless holiday companies so their ability to make changes, correct errors or complain has diminished.

ClubWorld Travel has always prided itself on providing expert advice and first class customer service. Putting the customer first, finding them the right holiday and providing a known contact to deal with any issues has allowed ClubWorld Travel to expand to seven shops – the latest opening in just a few weeks time.

The new website completes the circle and will enable ClubWorld Travel to compete online, showcasing the vast range of holidays it can provide, plus a growing number of exclusive offers with flights from Belfast & Dublin. But still with the comfort that the customer has just one point of contact for any changes or to manage those last minute issues that can make the difference between a ruined holiday and a great holiday.
