DV8 have signed a new 10 year lease in the heart of the Banbridge Town Centre.

The lease renewal on Newry Street has confirmed its commitment to the town centre, with Frazer Kidd acting on behalf of the landlord.

Banbridge Town Centre continues to perform well with a wide variety of retail offering and has been greatly enhanced by recent inward investment and streetscape works, which will ultimately improve upon the Newry Street/Townsend Street link to Martin Phillips Carpets and Iceland Frozen Foods.

Frazer Kidd is offering two other retail premises in the town. A recently refurbished retail property at Newry Street provides for a prime opportunity on Newry Street sandwiched between Superdrug and DV8. The former pet store at 33 Townsend Street is suitable for a range of uses and is a superb opportunity for an incoming tenant to take advantage of low occupational costs and rates together with dedicated car parking provision.
