Bowling for Soup play Mandela

AMERICAN pop punk legends Bowling For Soup have announced a return to Belfast to headline Mandela Hall on October 17 to play a 14-and-overs show.

They will be joined by The Dollyrots & Patent Pending on their full UK tour. With the last Belfast show selling out well in advance, fans are advised to get tickets early for Bowling For Soup¹s eagerly anticipated return! Tickets go on sale today Friday June 8 from www.shine.net, Ticketmaster Outlets, QUB Student Union and The Kitten Bar!

Talking with Bowling for Soup singer Jaret Reddick, you may not immediately get the sense that this affable, down-to-earth Texan fronts a Grammy- and Emmy-nominated pop/punk band with over a million album sales to their credit.

“If you compare our first album to our tenth one, you could be like, ‘Oh Let’s see well, their voices finally changed, and they got a lot better musically, but they still sound like the same guys to me’,” Reddick says, the grin audible in his North Texas drawl. “Man, I would hope we’re still the same guys! Can you imagine what a bummer it’d be if we weren’t?”

Tickets go on sale this Friday from all usual outlets.
