Penalty points and £80 fine for speeder
For speeding, Dermot Thomas Henry Mackle (41) of Cabragh Road, Tandragee, was fined £80, given three points and ordered to pay a £15 offender's levy at Banbridge Court last Thursday.
Detected at 40mph in a 30mph zone on March 5, he declined a fixed penalty at the time, because, a solicitor said, he was flustered.
