A Ballyroney man facing serious charges of making indecent images of children, and of having sexual intercourse with an animal has be given bail at the local court.
Garth Michael Williams, from Mill Road Ballyroney, appeared in Banbridge Court last week, his first appearance since bail was perfected.
The 42-year-old faces a total of five charges.
They include possession of indecent photographs, making indecent photographs of a child, distributing indecent photos of a child and possession of an extreme pornographic image.
Each charge relates to 3rd March 2014.
The fifth charge is that on a date unknown, he had sexual intercourse with a living animal.
A PPS prosecutor asked the court for a four week adjournment for a file update.
The court heard Williams is living at a bail address in Portrush and signs bail at Coleraine police station.
His solicitor asked for him to be excused from the next court appearance on 3 July as he has no car.
However, District Judge Mr Copeland reminded him of the serious nature of the charges and directed that he appear in person.
