Mystery Co Down man wins £1,000,000
A MYSTERY National Lottery player from Co Down has banked £1 million without ever touching a ticket.
He wants to be known only as Mr S from County Down and he was one of the 25 guaranteed millionaires created by the special EuroMillions Millionaire Raffle draw two days before Christmas.
The win follows the good fortune of a Mr T from County Antrim who was one of the 18 guaranteed millionaires created by the EuroMillions Millionaire Raffle draw on 25 November 2011.
All told, special EuroMillions Millionaire Raffles helped create 50 UK millionaires in the month leading up to Christmas.
EuroMillions Millionaire Raffle continues to guarantee to create a £1 million winner every Tuesday and Friday - in addition to multi-million pound jackpots. The jackpot for Friday’s (Jan 20) is estimated at £40 million.
