What about Breakfast at Tiffany’s this Valentine’s?

ON the eve of St Valentine’s Day why not treat your other half to a romantic night out as Iveagh Cinema brings you a one-off showing of Breakfast at Tiffany’s.

It’s listed as one of the most romantic films of all time, showcasing good old fashioned romance from the days of old.

The movie features leading lady Audrey Hepburn in one of her most famous roles as Holly Golightly, a young socialite living in New York.

The story is based around Audrey’s character who finds interest in a young man who moves into her apartment block. This movie is the original romantic comedy and shows the ways of love that makes this movie a popular choice even today.

The Iveagh aren’t just showing this movie to spread love and romance through Banbridge, but to raise money for Northern Ireland Chest Heart and Stroke

The charity works for the prevention and alleviation of chest, heart and stroke illnesses in Northern Ireland and as these illnesses account for more than 6,000 deaths every year it is a vital cause.

They fund programmes of research in local hospitals and universities into the treatment and prevention of these illnesses as well as providing a broad range of services in every part of Northern Ireland for people affected by stroke, lung disease and heart conditions.

What better way to see in the holiday of romance than watching a classic movie and eating some popcorn with your better half whilst raising money for one of Northern Ireland’s best charities.

Tickets are only £10 per person and refreshments are available from 7.30pm before the screening at 8pm.
