Welcome extension to nursery facilities
LOCAL DUP MLA Brenda Hale has welcomed the news that Bellabambinos Nursery has successfully extended its after-school provisions in the town.
Mrs Hale said she had been approached by Bellabambinos at the start of the year to help find a suitable venue to extend after-school provisions and the facility at Ferris Park was “perfect”.
She said the new site was a “unique setting”, surrounded by sports pitches and large play areas.
“It is fantastic to see local business expanding during this difficult period as well as meeting the demands placed on them by families living in the local community,” she said. “I wish Julie and Tim every success with their new adventure and I know that parents and children in Dromore will welcome this much needed development.”
DUP Councillor, Paul Rankin also welcomed the move, declaring it a ‘win-win’ for the council, rate payers and local families.
“In recent years, the Ferris Park Pavilion had not been fully utilised, but now the facility will be put to full use, as well as providing an income to the council,” he said
